Emily's Wedding Weekend
A few weekends ago my best friend, Emily, got married in Salt Lake City. I made the trip back to Utah for the big day and it turned into a fun-filled weekend; a bachelorette get-together, the wedding, and catching up with girl friends.
With the help of my incredible parents and Emily's sisters, I threw a bachelorette picnic for Emily the night before her wedding and it turned out better than I expected. My mom and I found pallets, gathered whatever fake plants and stuff we had, and I made a quick trip to Zurchers to pick up a few decorations. And it turned out great!
The wedding day was all around incredible. Josh and Emily make such a perfect couple and look amazing together. They were married in the morning in the Salt Lake Temple and had their reception later that night in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building on Temple Square. I still can't believe that this day came and went and that Emily is married!

The funnest part of the whole weekend was that I got to catch up with my besties from BYU-Hawaii. We all met our freshman year back in 2013. Some of us have been roommates, some of us went on missions, some have graduated, and now, five years later we are attending each other's weddings.

Between the sealing ceremony and the reception a few of us had time to shop around City Creek and hang out by the pool which turned into a full on photoshoot. We had to test out Ally's new lens, okay? LOL.
It was good to be back in Utah and have such a fun (and much needed) weekend with some of my favorite girls!
