The other day in church we were learning about obstacles and trials we face as young married couples and ways to overcome those trials. We discussed the importance of recognizing there is a problem in the first place, accepting that problem, then tackling it. My favorite part of the lesson and the take-away that I got was that it's important and essential to have someone there with us; someone to share the burdens with, someone that will listen, keep us accountable, and help us when we need it. It's been a blessing to have Robby in my life to help me understand myself better, to give me the encouragement and support that I need, and to motivate me and love me more than I can sometimes do on my own. 

Be that someone for those around you, wether that is your spouse, your boyfriend/girlfriend, sibling, friend, son/daughter. Whatever your role, be someone that helps, aids, advices, encourages, uplifts and loves.
