Loaded Nachos

  1. pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees

  2. microwave pre-made pulled pork and/or cook ground beef in a pan - add taco seasoning mix if you’d like

  3. cover a cookie sheet with tinfoil

  4. spread tortilla chips on the pan

  5. sprinkle Mexican Blend shredded cheese - I’m generous with the cheese cause I LOVE cheese

  6. sprinkle pulled pork and/or ground beef all over chips

  7. put dollops of refried beans all over chips if you’d like

  8. bake 10 minutes

  9. add pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, cilantro, and lime all over

  10. enjoy!
